Real Skills. Real Floors. Real Ready.

WHAT WE DO

Sydney's pre-entry standard for front-of-house staff.

Hospitality Cornerstone delivers a structured, practical training programme for entry-level front-of-house staff. Before their first paid shift, students are assessed against a measurable floor standard — drilled on the real skills venues expect from day one.

When our graduates walk into a venue, the basics are already done. They know how to carry, how to move, how to clear, and how to handle a guest interaction under pressure. Venues get staff who are aware of the risks and know how to operate — all they need to do is train them in their own style.

Our aim is simple: to become the leading pre-entry standard for front-of-house positions in Australia.

A woman with long hair in a white tank top and blue jeans leading a tour or discussion with five young men dressed in black in a restaurant or café with green chairs, round tables, and large windows.

For students — walk in knowing what you're doing.

Most people find out on their first shift that "no experience needed" doesn't mean no preparation needed. Our programme closes that gap before it costs you your confidence — or your job.

For venues — graduates who arrive ready to work.

No more carrying a new hire through their first week. Our graduates have already been assessed against a floor standard. They understand the risks, know the basics, and cost you a day to onboard — not a week.
