Real Skills. Real Floors. Real Ready.
WHAT WE DO
Sydney's training ground for your first hospitality job, and every step after it.
We teach front-of-house staff the real skills venues expect, level by level. It starts with the basics — safe floor movement, carrying plates properly, clearing tables, talking to guests with confidence — and builds from there toward waiter-level skills as you progress.
Right now, Level 1 is open for booking. The levels above it are being built next, so as you grow, there's always a next step waiting.
When our graduates walk onto the floor, the basics are already done. Venues get staff who already know how to operate — all they need to do is show them their own style.
For students — walk in knowing what you're doing.
Most people find out on their first shift that "no experience needed" doesn't mean no preparation needed. Our programme closes that gap before it costs you your confidence or your job.
For venues — graduates who arrive ready to work.
No more carrying a new hire through their first week. Our graduates already know how to move, carry, clear, and handle a guest interaction under pressure; they understand the risks and know the basics, and cost you a day less time and effort to onboard.
